Corrupt/Worst Governments

The African Policy and Opinion Research’s (APOR) rating of governments in African countries is based on a framework that considers criteria in the country’s overall political, economic, social, human rights, physical and food security, environmental and governance dimensions. These consist of a series of observatory indicators and sub-indicators, fact-finding and media content analysis.  We especially research and analyze evidence that policies and actions for mitigating risks, abuse and corruption are either in place, are being put in place, or will be put in place by a government for change and improvement.
